  • Set-up of space, which includes tables, chairs, and linens

  • Breakdown of space, including cleaning

  • Use of catering prep kitchen

    • Walk-in refrigerator​

    • Freezer

    • Sinks

    • Large prep table area

  • Management onsite for day of event​ (not an event coordinator)


Rates are for one day 11:00am to Midnight, and up to 50 guests

For 51 to 120 guests, add $350

Reception Only:

Monday to Thursday     $1,500

Fridays & Sundays         $1,800

Saturdays                        $2,100

Ceremony + Reception:          

Add $400 **


**This additional rate includes white resin, padded folding chairs, white pole wraps, and staff to flip terrace space from ceremony to reception

Optional Add-on:

Day of Coordinator Service - $600



  • Up to 3 planning meetings to understand preferences and plans

  • Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Create and provide a detailed timeline for all contracted vendors and the wedding party

  • Supervision of venue setup for ceremony and reception

  • Serve as point person for vendors

Other Events

Rates are for a 6-hour rental period, and up to 50 guests

For 51 to 120 guests, add $200

Fridays & Sundays         $1,450

Saturdays                        $1,650

  • Our maximum capacity is 120 guests

  • A 50% deposit is required to hold the date.  Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event

  • Alcohol is BYOB, however we require that a bartending service company is hired.  This includes a TABC certified bartender to serve, and a liquor liability insurance policy

  • "Venue Only" prices are available, which only includes venue rental for the hours specified above, tables and chairs, and onsite management during your event.  Contact us for pricing.
